1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days from the time your order is dispatched.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sale periods, bad weather, or for reasons outside our control.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Order Processing and Tracking

Your order is confirmed by email once payment is complete. We will let you know when it has been dispatched and share tracking details where available.

Commissioned and custom pieces are made to order. Their timelines are agreed with you before work begins, and the delivery time above applies once the finished piece is dispatched.

5. Packaging

Our paintings, pottery, and jewelry are handmade and can be fragile. We package every order carefully to protect it in transit.

6. Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. The courier will need to reach you to deliver, so please keep your phone available.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other events outside our control. If your order is running late, email us and we will help track it.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. See our Refund and Return Policy for how claims are handled.

9. Risk of Loss

Once your order has been delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for it passes to you.
