Refunds + Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Customized or handmade items (such as jewelry or art prints) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at raghadelwali@4visionaries.com with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for faulty or incorrect items only. For size or preference-related exchanges, shipping costs are covered by the customer.

6. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
